1. Timeline for Delivery:

We are unable to guarantee consistent service. We typically serve between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. In the Special instructions part of the payment type, buyers can specify exact timings, and we will try our best to comply. However, we are unable to guarantee 100% potency within the dispatch window.

6. Broken deliveries:
Within 24 hours of delivery, or on the same day if the products like cakes and flowers were delivered, we will respond to any complaints of broken deliveries.

8. Policy on Substitutions: Because of transient regional accessibility issues, flower or container substitutions are occasionally required. If this is the case with your elite present, our skilled florists will ensure that your arrangement’s fashion, theme, and combination are maintained and will only substitute items of equal or higher worth. We reserve the right, however, to replace the flowers (including such colours) or different products with equal or higher prices if the specified product is not available.
9. Duplicate Order Procedures: If Ding Dongg discovers that an identical order has been made twice, we will contact the customer and acquire that process. If the client cannot be reached, we will make the ultimate decision on our behalf.
10. Dealing with dishonest Customers: Assume we find any dishonest behaviour from a consumer, such as a wrong address, an unethical message, unusual transport timings, or other reasons.
